  2. Catagorize all of your expenses and total each category.<\/li>\n
  3. Pull out that milage log and calculate your business miles and your personal miles.<\/li>\n
  4. Gather all of your customer invoices.<\/li>\n
  5. Mark which customer invoices have been paid and unpaid.<\/li>\n
  6. Total all of the payments you made to yourself and to your crew.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Once all this information has been put together, then you are ready to go to the accountant.<\/p>\n
